Rest day!
Today is a rest day after four busy days of driving and pre-running the racetrack. We had a good sleep in before reconvening with Graeme and Chris and we took the car and vintage bike out to the car wash washed off all the red dirt from the race track. After that we all headed out to the telegraph station for morning coffee and croissant.
In the afternoon we headed out to the track to register and hopefully drop off the 2-stroke fuel for the vintage bike that needs to go out to the fuel stops for the race.
We did manage to register rider Roy and all the team members although we were a bit early for the fuel drop off – maybe Thursday. We got posters to complete our set (one for each year we’ve raced) and some Merch.
Importantly we managed to get onto the track under the race sign and get our team photos with our team Hoodies on.
